Real-World Effectiveness of Repeated Ketamine Infusions for Treatment-Resistant Bipolar Depression

This observational study examined 66 patients with treatment-resistant bipolar depression who received four sub-anesthetic ketamine infusions over two weeks at a Canadian clinic. Significant reductions in depressive symptoms, suicidal ideation, and anxiety were observed, with functional improvements on multiple validated assessment scales.
