Promoting Medication Adherence in Children with ADHD: A Mixed-Methods Systematic Review with Meta-analysis and Qualitative Comparative Analysis

This systematic review of six RCTs found that ADHD medication adherence interventions significantly improved both medication adherence and ADHD symptoms in children. The analysis identified two effective intervention pathways: ADHD drug education without reminders, or tracking without reminders.
