Handwriting Deficits in Children with ADHD: A Systematic Review of Product and Process Features

This systematic review examines whether children with ADHD show handwriting abnormalities at both the product level (legibility, speed) and process level (pen pressure, velocity, timing). Analysis of 21 studies found that methodologically rigorous studies consistently reported impaired handwriting in ADHD children, though considerable methodological variation exists across the research literature.
