This study examined vowel production differences between 18 Greek-speaking adults with ASD and 18 neurotypical controls using acoustic analysis of pseudoword utterances. Findings showed ASD participants had larger and more dispersed vowel spaces with selective differences in pitch and formant patterns, suggesting a more expanded acoustic vowel system rather than uniform speech changes.
